The closest airports to Portorož are Trieste airport and Ljubljana airport. Also, Venice airport is quite close.
From the airports, public transport is available to get you to the conference venue. GoOpti is recommended.
Climate
The weather in Portorož is pleasant in the first half of September with an average daytime temperature above 20 °C and 15 °C during the night. Nevertheless, there may be some rain, as the weather is changeable, and a light coat is recommended.

Request for invitation letters and letters of guarantee
We will prepare upon request an invitation letter or/and a letter of guarantee written in English for your visa application. As a rule, this procedure applies to participants after registering to the conference, submitting a manuscript and reserving a room. We only support visa application for the purpose of attending the conference.
